I know this whole process might seem insanely intimidating and nerve wracking and you may be thinking ‘how is this REALLY going to go’
I think maybe we should break this down into the most realistic form I can!

FIRST 
you will call me from the front door and I will excitedly let you in via a click of a button on my phone.
SECOND 
you will hop in the elevator up to my floor which will spit you out into my studio and you’ll see this face

THIRD 
you will be greeted by said face and I love to hug so you’ll be getting a squeeze from me (unless you have stated otherwise of course)

FOURTH 
I will do a quick introduction of our awesome team (my studio manager Amy, makeup artist Stacey and hair stylist Lorin!)

FIFTH 
Stacey and Lorin will then chat with you about what you were hoping for your hair and makeup! When you book, you fill out a questionnaire that asks what you like for hair and makeup, but we do our due diligence and make sure to have a mini consult with you when you are here in case anything changed!

It’s also okay if you don’t know and want our team to take over as well!

SIXTH 
Now you just get to relax and get pampered like the star you are! Those are the first 5 minutes and I promise it’s perfect for calming those nerves, and helping your heart rate to calm down and just have fun. Remember this is for you and nerves are totally normal. Don’t try to get rid of them, they will subside on their own!
