Anyone else feel like January lasted for a year? The season of love is right around the corner. The date that so many relate with Boudoir: February 14^th, Valentine’s Day.  I get so many women contacting us trying to arrange a shoot in time to have the perfect Valentine Day gift for that special person in their life. Most of our inquiries that involve this particular holiday are with someone else in mind. 

I challenge you to change your thinking.
Because you’ve heard me say it before and I’ll say it again.
YOU ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON IN YOUR LIFE.
Put YOU first.

So Alyssa, are you saying that boudoir shouldn’t be a gift to my partner?
NO.
I’m saying that it shouldn’t be JUST a gift to your partner.
I’m saying that you should first and foremost do this life changing experience for yourself, and have it as a gift second.

 I have a lot of very special people in my life and, I too, love to do things for them; to spoil and pamper them.  But, it is my belief that first and foremost, your Boudoir experience should be for yourself.
Almost every single babe that walks in for her session with the belief that this experience is for her partner, walks out with a new perspective.

It is not selfish to want to do something intimate for yourself.  It isn’t vain to want to see your beauty in ways that really capture your sensuality.  And it isn’t wrong to say to yourself, “damn, I’ve earned this!”

You are a freaking QUEEN and you are the most important person in your life, period. Let’s do it for YOU.
